Milwaukee Bucks become first NBA team to partner with Jagermeister

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) – Spokespeople with the Milwaukee Bucks announced on Tuesday that the team is officially partnering with Jagermeister.

According to a release, this marks the first time the global liquor brand has ever partnered with the NBA.

As part of the new partnership with Jagermeister, officials say the MECCA Sports Bar and Grill will become Game Watch Central for seven Bucks games throughout the regular season.

The first watch party at Game Watch Central will be at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, for the regular season opener against the 76ers in Philadelphia.

Fans in attendance at the watch party are said to have the chance to win unique giveaways that include Bucks gear, rally towels, and even two tickets to Milwaukee’s home opener against the Chicago Bulls on October 25.

Members of Bucks Entertainment will also be at each party throughout the season. Dates and times for the scheduled watch parties at the MECCA Sports Bar and Grill are as follows:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 23 – 6:30 p.m. (Bucks at 76ers)
  • Friday, Nov. 8 – 6:30 p.m. (Bucks at Knicks)
  • Friday, Dec. 6 – 6:30 p.m. (Bucks at Celtics)
  • Saturday, Jan. 25 – 9:30 p.m. (Bucks at Clippers)
  • Friday, Feb. 7 – 6:30 p.m. (Bucks at Hawks)
  • Saturday, March 1 – 7:30 p.m. (Bucks at Mavericks)
  • Saturday, April 5 – 7 p.m. (Bucks at Heat)

In addition to the watch parties, Jagemeister is also teaming up with the Bucks to present a sweepstakes for fans to win a VIP Bucks Playoffs Experience that includes tickets to a Bucks playoff game and travel accommodations.
