ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) – Former President Donald Trump is set to speak at the Resch Center on Wednesday, with former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre scheduled to deliver introductory remarks.
Doors opened to hundreds of supporters gathered outside, eager to enter the venue. Trump is expected to address the crowd starting at 6 p.m.
The Trump campaign’s latest release claims that “Kamalanomics” has burdened Wisconsinites with high costs across essentials such as groceries, rent, and Medicare premiums.
The statement emphasizes that Wisconsin families, especially retirees, need relief from what they describe as a 20% rise in prices and a decline in real wages under current leadership.
Promising solutions to ease financial strains on Wisconsinites, Trump has pledged to eliminate taxes on Social Security, overtime, and tips.
