GREEN VALLEY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 65-year-old woman died in a structure fire Thursday night in Marathon County, authorities confirmed.
First responders were dispatched shortly before 10:45 p.m. to the 133700 block of County Road C in Green Valley.

The woman, a resident of the home, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators have determined the fire’s cause to be non-suspicious, but the exact cause of death remains under investigation.
