FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – One man was sent to the hospital with serious injuries after being hit by an SUV in Fond du Lac shortly after 6 p.m. on Friday.
According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, a 67-year-old man was crossing the eastbound lanes of West Johnson Street near Rolling Meadows Drive in Fond du Lac.
Multiple crews responding to Manitowoc County fire
A 23-year-old man driving an SUV crashed into the man, resulting in multiple 911 calls. The 67-year-old man was taken to an area hospital via ambulance with serious injuries. The SUV driver was unharmed and is cooperating with authorities.
The investigation is ongoing and no more details are available at this time.
