GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) – Just three weeks after unveiling a new ‘Frozen Pizzas’ alternate identity, the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are at it again, this time with the Granjeros de Wisconsin.
According to a release from the Timber Rattlers, the new Granjeros de Wisconsin alternate identity is inspired by Minor League Baseball’s Copa de la Diversion and by the fan-favorite Udder Tuggers identity.
The new identity is a combination of the celebration of baseball’s Hispanic heritage and Wisconsin farmers as Granjeros is the Spanish word for farmers.

Officials say this identity will not be replacing the ever-so-popular Udder Tuggers identity which will be celebrated again this season from June 26 through June 29, however, it will replace the Los Cascabeles de Wisconsin identity.
The Los Granjeros logo is said to be the Udder Tuggers logo with a “spicy twist” that includes a dairy cow skeleton with a sugar skull.
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are currently scheduled to take the field as Los Granjeros on May 4, June 25, and August 12 with the jerseys worn during those games being auctioned off online and the proceeds going to the Timber Rattlers Give Back.
Those who are interested can find and purchase Los Granjeros merchandise in the Snake Pit Team Store or online here.
