HACKETT, Wis. (WFRV) – A 38-year-old man has been taken into custody in connection with the death of 28-year-old Blanca J. Hernandez-Portocarrero, whose body was found on Nov. 3 along State Highway 13 in Hackett.
According to the Price County Sheriff’s Office, Hernandez-Portocarrero, of Marshfield, was identified after an autopsy, and her death is being investigated as a domestic violence incident believed to have occurred in Marshfield.

On Nov. 11, Marshfield police arrested a male suspect on suspicion of first-degree intentional homicide. His name has not yet been released.
