(WFRV) – A 43-year-old Wisconsin woman was arrested on Saturday afternoon for her fourth offense of operating a vehicle while under the influence.
According to a release from the Wisconsin State Patrol Fond du Lac Post, a trooper spotted a woman with her car in a ditch off the southbound ramp of I-41 to Lineville Road.

The driver, identified as 43-year-old Beth Blakey of West Salem, reportedly ran off the roadway in her car and got stuck in the ditch. While the trooper was approaching, they were advised that another driver called to report the vehicle’s poor driving as they saw it enter the ditch.
The trooper on the scene noticed signs of impairment and conducted sobriety tests. Blakey was subsequently arrested for OWI, her fourth offense.
