Five arrested in Oshkosh drug bust following search warrant on Ceape Avenue

The incident occurred on Monday, Sept. 4, 2023, on Memorial Circle, where Peters stabbed his mother while she was driving. She managed to stop the vehicle and call 911 but later died from her injuries. Peters remained at the scene and was arrested without resistance.
