(WFRV) – The election for Winnebago County Executive has officially been decided, with challenger Gordon Hintz winning the seat in Tuesday’s Spring General Election.
Hintz was declared the winner with 30,832 of the votes, defeating incumbent Jon Doemel, who received 27,374 of the votes.
Wisconsin votes to enshrine voter ID requirement in state constitution
Hintz’s victory marks the end of Doemel’s tenure in the role, which began in 2021.
