Man arrested in Wisconsin on domestic charges, had arrest warrant out of Minnesota

PIGEON, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin say that a man was arrested after a short drone search stemming from a reported abuse call on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office, the Dispatch Center received a call from a woman crying around 12:41 p.m. on Thursday, reporting that her boyfriend pepper sprayed her.

The woman also said that she heard a gunshot outside the house, stating that the subject in question may have a knife as well. Deputies on the scene evacuated two females from the residence and took them to a secure space.

The house was cleared along with other buildings in the property, and a K9 unit and Drone were used to search the area. The male suspect was arrested on domestic charges and a warrant from Minnesota.
