Man wearing wig uses ‘wrench’ on victim during robbery of Grand Chute business

GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) – Officers are looking for a suspect reportedly involved in the robbery of a Grand Chute business where ‘several items of collectible merchandise’ were stolen by a man disguised as a woman.

According to the Grand Chute Police Department, just after 12:50 p.m. on August 10, officers were called to the 400 block of West Northland Avenue to investigate a robbery of a nearby business.

It was reported that the business was robbed by a man wearing a woman’s wig when he allegedly used a ‘wrench-type’ object against the victim during the incident.

Both a K9 track and aerial search were conducted afterward. However, the suspect remains at large.

He is described as a man, age 25-40, 5’09” to 5’11” and weighing 180-200 pounds, with short brown hair.
