MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Manitowoc are offering up to $500 as a reward for anybody who provides information that would lead to the arrest of a person responsible for a vehicle theft on Halloween.
According to the release, the suspect entered a black 2014 Chevy Malibu parked near Family Dollar in Manitowoc. The unidentified suspect reportedly left the area in the car without any owner’s consent.

The car was found near the area of Preble Avenue abandoned in Green Bay. Officials with the Manitowoc Police Department are working with Crime Stoppers to offer the reward.
Anybody with information is asked to submit tips by calling Crime Stoppers at (920) 683-4466 or through the P3 App. Information can also be provided to Detective Eric Schultz at 920-686-3599.
