Former Under Secretary of Defense Robert Wilkie called for the promotion “of America as the last, best hope” to be taught in the military and education system on Newsmax Wednesday, following a suspected terrorist attack in New Orleans.
Wilkie told “American Agenda” that when it comes to weeding people out who are dangerous, “it also goes back to something very, very simple, and that is promoting the idea of America as the last, best hope on the planet — not just in the military, but in our educational system from kindergarten up.”
An FBI official said Wednesday the bureau does not believe the suspect in the fatal New Year’s Day truck crash in New Orleans acted alone.
