GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 42-year-old Door County woman accused of making terroristic threats while at the Oneida Casino appeared in court on Tuesday.
Wisconsin Circuit Court records show that Olympia Broadnax, 42, appeared in the Brown County Courthouse for her preliminary hearing, and during the hearing, her present bond was continued, and an arraignment hearing was scheduled.

Broadnax will be arraigned on Nov. 4, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

(WFRV) – The woman who is accused of making terrorist threats while at the Oneida Casino was found competent to proceed by the court.
According to court records, 42-year-old Olympia Broadnax was in court for a competency hearing on September 23. The court reportedly found her competent to proceed.
She is scheduled to be back in court on October 1 for a preliminary hearing. She is facing multiple charges including making terrorist threats.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The 42-year-old Door County woman accused of threatening to shoot someone while at Oneida Casino was back in court on Tuesday for a status conference.
Court records show that Olympia Broadnax had a scheduled court appearance on August 13 where her attorney raised competency concerns.
The court granted a competency hearing after an evaluation. The competency hearing is scheduled for September 23 at 9:30 a.m.
Broadnax’s present bond was continued.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Door County woman accused of threatening to shoot someone while at Oneida Casino was in court on Monday.
Court records show that 42-year-old Olympia Broadnax appeared in court for a status conference.
The court continued the present bond and Broadnax is expected to be back in court at 11:30 a.m. on August 13.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A woman from Door County was officially charged after allegedly threatening to shoot someone while at the Oneida Casino on Mason Street.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 42-year-old Olympia Broadnax is facing six charges related to an alleged incident at Oneida Mason Street Casino. On July 16 around 2:30 p.m., authorities responded to the casino for a reported weapons complaint.
The complaint says that a woman in the bathroom had a gun and allegedly said that if security approached her she would start shooting. The woman, later identified as Broadnax, was reportedly a banned patron.
Eventually, Broadnax was taken into custody without incident. No weapon was found, but the complaint mentioned that Broadnax swore at authorities and threatened to sue all of them.
A customer said that Broadnax got worked up and said she was going to shoot somebody. An employee said that Broadnax said that if the cops come to get her she may ‘have to pull out her pistol and shoot someone’, according to the complaint.

Court records show that she was in court on July 18 for her initial appearance. She had her cash bond set at $50,000 and is due back in court on August 5 at 10:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing.
