UW-Oshkosh women’s basketball advance to teams first Final Four this century

BLOOMINGTON, Il. (WFRV) – For the first time since 1996, the UW-Oshkosh women’s basketball team punched its ticket to the NCAA Division III Tournament Final Four. The Titans handled Baldwin Wallace in the quarterfinal round, 60-53.

Sophomore transfer and Appleton East alumna Sammi Beyer led the Titans off the bench with a game-high 18 points, with 14 points scored before halftime. Fifth-year Kayce Vaile added 14 points and six rebounds.

St. Norbert hockey teams advance to DIII quarterfinals, first tournament win for women

The Titans will face Smith College in the Final Four on March 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Cregger Center in Salem, Virginia.
